Brighter Living Australia is a national specialist disability accommodation provider that creates homes where every ability shines. We focus on the participants’ abilities rather than their disabilities. Our mission is to provide participants with the best home and living journey possible. We are participant led and participant focused. Being participant led is not just a buzz word for us as our National Participant Director (Brendon Woolf) is not only a participant and an SDA tenant, but he is part of our management team.
Brendon’s role is to
- Focus on the participants home and living journey;
- Ensure participants choice and control is at the forefront of everything we do; and
- Be the voice of participants
This role, which Brendon takes seriously, is our point of difference. In addition to this, our management team is closely connected to participants both professionally and personally. We are advocates of people with disabilities, and we work ethically and compliantly with investors and participants, to connect people with homes. Brighter Living Australia understands that people matter and that participants have a voice.
We also acknowledge and respect everyone who generously build NDIS compliant homes. Owners are important in this process of creating social change. Participants need these homes, and at Brighter Living Australia we work every day to ensure the human rights issue of housing for all is catered for; We are part of the solution.

Our Services
Our services include:
Asset Management: Brighter Living Australia offers a full asset management service at no extra cost. This includes maintenance monitoring, inspections and reporting. The Console app allows visibility of each property’s cash flow 24 hrs. a day. Participants can also use Console to lodge maintenance requests 24 hours a day, or to put in any special requests which includes a chat with Brendon! Participants are provided with direct access to Brendon, and Brendon even provides our participants with a customer service check in when they move into their SDA home. This gives a great deal of comfort to our tenants, and also ensures tenancy longevity.
Consultation and Design: Brighter Living Australia provides consultation on SDA designs for our houses, villas and apartments around Australia. We utilize the expertise of our participants and our staff who are personally and professionally connected to the industry. Our founding director and CEO, Brad Fuller, has extensive knowledge of SDA designs and property development experience. Brad is able to provide accurate and statistical SDA demand reports with added on the ground intelligence via our NDIS stakeholders. He is also able to navigate the often flawed and outdated data from the NDIS Commissions website and identify areas of demand.
Advisory Board: Brendon Woolf manages the advisory board. The aim of the board is to give participants a voice on their SDA needs. This board is integral to the growth of Brighter Living Australia, as we understand participant choice and control is our mandate.
